Research operations

Who it is for
Track reagents, expiry dates, and freezer locations, keep equipment records, and share instruments inside your lab. Free.
Booking rules, training checks, service requests, usage charges, and monthly invoices for cores that charge other labs for use.
Book rooms and instruments here. Animals, cages, census, and per diem stay in ConductColony, and one ConductScience account signs you in to both.
How a core runs it
One workspace holds the calendar, the access rules, and the usage record your business office needs.
Set each room or instrument’s booking limits, required training, approval, and rates, or paste them from a spreadsheet.
Researchers see open times, book one session or all of a protocol’s sessions in one step, and check in and out at the instrument.
Completed sessions and requests become invoices by project or paying account.
